At Jaipuri Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which you can return or exchange products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear & tear are not eligible for return.
Certain items such as clearance, discounted, or “final sale” products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
After inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
